'you' or 'your' refers to a potential or actual client of EazySpaDeals.com
'venue', 'merchant' refers to any one of our spa partners.
- ACCURACY AND INFORMATION
EazySpaDeals.com has taken all care to ensure published information and prices are accurate however if we identify an error or omission following publication, we will inform you before confirming your booking. The revised information will then form part of your contract. If an error or omission is discovered after your booking is made, we will always try to advise you prior to your visit. Whilst very rare, in recognition that human error may arise with regards to the verbal information provided to you, these booking conditions will always take precedence in these instances.
- EAZYSPADEALS.COM PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be paid at the time of booking to secure a booking.
EazySpaDeals.com accepts the following forms of payment:
Credit Card ,Master Card , Debit cards - Visa.
You undertake that the credit or debit card you are using is your own or that you are authorized to complete the booking with this card and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
- RESERVATION / ONLINE BOOKING
- We highly recommend you book your treatment one day in advance to secure your preferred day and time.
- Voucher must be redeemed before the date of expiration.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- Please arrive at the spa/hotel at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of your treatments, as arriving late may mean you miss your appointment that may prevent you from being able to make the most of your spa day.
- Bookings are non refundable and can not be amended. If for any reason you do not turn up for your experience then you forfeit the entire cost of the experience.
- Please remember to take your EazySpaDeals.com Â booking confirmation with you. If you do not take these documents with you then you run the risk of not being able to receive your spa day in full, or may cause payment to be taken again due to proof of purchase.

- It is the responsibility of the client to contact the venue to confirm treatment times.
We strive to have the most competitive prices and we want you to pay the lowest price possible for your Spa treatments. Should you find your Spa Booking with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the Internet after you have made a booking through us, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate under the terms and conditions of the Best Price Guarantee. For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy and be submitted in compliance with all relevant terms and conditions of our Best Price Guarantee
- BOOKING CONFIRMATION
On receipt of your payment via the methods stated in (3), we will email confirmation of your booking with EazySpaDeals.com. Where appropriate, the confirmation will clearly state the payment to be paid and the date by which it is due. Please check the confirmation carefully to make sure that all your booking details are all correct
- OUR DESCRIPTIONS
All clients are prompted to review our website description details for their chosen or booked property and also check our booking conditions to ensure they are fully familiar with the facilities and suitability of the services offered by the venue. EazySpaDeals.com will not accept responsibility for any expectations or requirements of facilities that are not noted within our website information.
The descriptions of spas and other aspects of the venues are based on opinions gained on site visits and on the opinions of Spas themselves.
If you wish to cancel an appointment you must do so at least 48 hours before the appointed time. Otherwise, the voucher will be considered 'no-show' and will not be refunded.
- SPA POLICY
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the treatment time. Arriving late will shorten the treatment.
The guest who is pregnant may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure.
Spa guests must be at least 12 years old. Minors may have treatments, but must be accompanied by a parent or a signed waiver. Proof of age may be required.
The Merchant selling goods and/or services through the EazySpaDeals.com Â shall be fully responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in part by the Merchant, as well as for any unclaimed property liability or appointment cancellations or portions thereof. The Purchaser waive, and release EazySpaDeals.com and its officers, directors, employees and agents from, any claim, liabilities, damages, or injury arising from or related to any act or omission of Merchant in connection with a purchase of goods and/or services provided in connection therewith and/or as it relates to compliance with applicable unclaimed property and other laws relating to the redemption of the Purchase or any portion thereof.
